And while they have tried to address their issues, their 70% completion last year, worst in the league, says a lot. One of the most positive signs for anyone betting on the Lions is free agent acquisition Dwight Smith, who can make a good pair with Daniel Bullocks who is recovering from injury and should be back soon.

As far as schedule goes, the Lions do have 3 home games in November and December, but their final three weeks will be on the road. All and all, if you are planning on betting on the Detroit Lions, better make sure you get a good line and odds.
